 Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) refers to a group of lymphomas where malignant T-cells accumulate in the skin, causing rashes, plaques, or tumors. CTCL accounts for over 75% of skin lymphomas, often mimicking eczema. Most forms are indolent, chronic, treatable, rarely life-threatening, but generally incurable and slowly progressive over time worldwide.
